Treat-NMD zusammen mit SMA Europe hat eine Broschüre – Standards of Care zusammengestellt, in der der aktuelle Standard der Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei SMA beschrieben ist (überarbeitet 2017). Zusammen mit SMA Europe arbeiteten Patientenorganisationen an den Übersetzungen der Familien freundlichen Version dieser Publikation.
